Full Planning Permission granted 15th Oct 2007 for two, detached, dwelling-houses on the site. A copy of the Planning Permission can be viewed on line on the Shetland Islands Council, Planning web site. REF 2007/310 (for a single storey dwelling each per plot, a 2 and 3 bedroom dwelling respectively) Each plot approx. one acre. A percolation test for a shared septic tank was done in 2008.
