The Property which was constructed in the late 1800’s and further extensions were built in 1930, 1982 and 1997 is situated in the village of Scousburgh which lies approximately 19 miles south of Lerwick. Scousburgh is a small community in the Parish of Dunrossness, in the South Mainland of Shetland, overlooking the picturesque Spiggie Loch. The surrounding properties are mainly residential to a low density.
